A leading hotel chain is looking for an Outlets Manager to oversee the operations of restaurant and bar outlets, ensuring stellar guest service and satisfaction. Position Objectives
The Outlets Manager is responsible for all of the Outlets functions and staff. Areas of responsibility include Harvest Restaurant and Bar, Perks Market and In Room Dining. The Outlets Manager must work cooperatively with other departmental leaders to ensure guest expectations are achieved, including quality of food and service. The Outlets Manager will continuously strive to improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
