Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations within the community, including dining rooms, catering, and special events.
• - Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional standards and cater to residents' preferences and dietary restrictions.
• - Supervise and train staff, including servers, cooks, and other hospitality personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols.
• - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to meet budgetary goals.
• - Collaborate with healthcare and activity teams to enhance residents' dining experiences and overall satisfaction.
• - Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• - Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to promote continuous improvement.
