This key leadership position reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and plays an integral role in delivering exceptional member experiences while driving operational excellence and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of Food & Beverage outlet operations.
• Develop, manage, and maintain employee schedules.
• Oversee inventory controls, purchasing, and cost management.
• Process and manage payroll functions.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
• Support revenue growth initiatives through creative programming, promotions, and member engagement.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and service‑focused culture.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Country club, resort, hotel, or upscale dining experience preferred.
