Sea Oats, Fort Walton Beach, FL, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, quality, and efficiency. You will lead and support the F&B team, manage budgets, and uphold brand standards across the department.

Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction, streamline processes, and deliver outstanding dining experiences, while reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager and shaping the guest journey across our hotel’s dining

You’ll lead and support the F&B team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the driving force behind our hotel's dining services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, coordinating daily operations, and overseeing budgets and inventory.
• You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager.
• A career as a food and beverage operations manager can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry, such as director of food and beverage, general manager, or even a corporate-level position.

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
