Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Food and Beverage Manager role located in Atlanta, GA at Pullman Yards. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing food service operations, managing the food & beverage department, ensuring excellent customer service, providing training to staff, and budgeting for food and beverage needs.

Qualifications

• Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills - Specifically, in Fine Dining and/or Luxury Hotel
• Proficiency and experience in product ordering, scheduling, and inventory management are a must
• Training experience in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a large team setting
• Knowledge of local food safety regulations
• Proven track record of achieving business targets
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or event management
• Social media and marketing experience
