Job Description

Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager and Store Manager

Job Summary: The Food and Beverage Associate is responsible for fulfilling routine food service duties in the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties as assigned, working as part of a team.
• Keep all floor areas neat, including mopping and sweeping, with additional cleaning as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including washing tables, countertops, utensils, and equipment.
• Manage trash disposal, including breaking down cardboard boxes and replacing trash bags.
• Complete daily food preparation tasks timely.
• Assist in unloading or filling shipments of food and supplies.
• Organize kitchen utensils and equipment for efficient cooking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
