Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation is hiring a Food Nutrition Program Manager for South Side Help Center in Chicago. The role supports the day-to-day operations of the Food Bank and Home Delivered Meals Program, ensuring access to nutritious foods for clients living with HIV/AIDS as part of their care plan.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors and partners, manage food orders and inventory, and ensure compliance with program standards and licensing guidelines while delivering timely service

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations by supervising staff and coordinating with vendors and partners.
• Develop and implement client intake and nutrition protocols.
• Enforce Ryan White Services eligibility verification guidelines.
• Monitor program outcomes and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate timely and respectful meal deliveries.
• Provide individual and group nutrition education sessions.
