Oliver Inc. is hiring experienced Folding‑Gluer professionals to support our Finishing Department.

With over 250 years of experience, multiple facilities, and a sustainability-first mindset, we deliver innovative printing and packaging solutions with speed, consistency, and agility. This role independently sets up and runs folding‑gluer equipment, prepares feeds, glue systems, and inspection devices to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience operating folding-gluer equipment in printing or packaging.
• Able to read job tickets and use calipers, rulers and gauges.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, fine-tune, and run folding-gluer equipment to customer specs.
• Prepare feeder, glue systems, plates, and in-line inspection devices.
• Dial in folding sequence and glue application for accurate cartons.
• Operate automated inspection for quality control.
• Track quality and adjust in real time to maintain integrity.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Interpret job tickets, verify schedules, manage inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety protocols.
