Job summary

Modern Litho, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a detail‑oriented Folder Operator to join our folding team. You will set up and operate folding machines, read job tickets, adjust for stock, sizes, and fold configurations, and monitor production quality from start to finish.

This hands‑on role requires 1–3 years of machine operating experience and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with production staff to meet

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of machine operating experience.
Must be quality-minded with strong attention to detail.
Must be able to read and understand job tickets.
Strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate folding machines according to job specifications.
Read and interpret job tickets and production instructions.
Adjust machine settings for different stocks, sizes, and fold configurations.
Monitor production quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished products for proper fold sequence and alignment.
Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and keep equipment clean.
Record production data and report concerns.
Collaborate with pressroom, bindery, and production teams to meet delivery requirements.
