Job summary

C&S Employment Solutions in Jefferson City, MO is actively seeking a Folding Operator for a full-time, temp-to-hire role. You will set up and operate folders per job specs and work a rotating 12-hour shift after training (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.).

Compensation starts at $23/hour with a $2/hour shift differential after training. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year operating machinery, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and strong attention to detail.

• Must have attention to detail, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Must have good work record and attendance record.

• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Record production data and report quality, maintenance or operational concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with pressroom, bindery and production teams to meet customer delivery requirements.

Salary/hours for Folding Operator: $23/hr. + $2/hr. shift differential after successfully completing training; rotating 12-hour shift after training Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
