Sabert is seeking a Folder-Gluer Operator in a full production setting. The role involves operating converting machines, performing set ups and changeovers, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will be responsible for monitoring equipment, documenting production data, and maintaining sanitation in the work area. The position is non-exempt hourly with strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• 3+ years of equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment with 1+ years of machine operator experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate converting machines at established rates and follow the production schedule.
• Perform set ups, changeovers, and make-readies for product runs.
• Troubleshoot machine indicators and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine machine service tasks.
• Record data and complete line documentation as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
• Use RF scanner to log transactions and generate labels in WMS.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors and teammates.
