Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform complete make-readies and machine adjustments based on job tickets and sample boxes.
• Configure all machine stations including feeder, pre-folders, glue systems, delivery aprons, and belts.
• Run carton styles such as straight-line, lock-bottom, 4-corner, and 6-corner boxes.
• Monitor production to ensure glue application, fold alignment, and product registration.
• Inspect finished pieces for defects and maintain quality logs and safety records.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and follow PPE rules.
