CORTEK is seeking a FOIA Team Lead in Pocatello, ID to mentor FOIA Analysts, direct unit activities, and ensure high-quality processing of FOIA/PA requests onsite.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree, 6 months to 2.5 years of relevant experience, an active Top-Secret clearance, and be currently assigned as a FOIA Analyst on the RIDS contract in Pocatello. This leadership role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and reporting of production and QA metrics to the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months - 2.5 years of specialized work experience in related fields.
• Military experience with an analytical nature.
• Active Top-Secret security clearance required.
• Must be a current FOIA Analyst on the RIDS contract in Pocatello, ID.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide technical direction to FOIA Analysts.
• Ensure team compliance with guidelines.
• Ensure team meets minimum statement-of-work requirements.
• Review documents for accuracy and high quality.
• Measure and report contractor production and QA metrics.
• Compile reporting information on production and QA metrics.
• Assist the Program Manager in reviewing metrics.
