Job summary

Dezign Concepts is seeking an experienced FOIA/Privacy Act Analyst to respond to public and official requests for the review and release of classified and sensitive information. The role involves processing complex disclosure cases in accordance with FOIA, PA, EO 13526, and IC policies.

You will coordinate with internal IC components and external agencies, ensure accurate documentation, and support MDR/ADR reviews while meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work products.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, or at least nine years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Demonstrated experience supporting FOIA, PA, MDR, and/or ADR case processing, including coordination, drafting correspondence, and interacting with requesters.
• Strong ability to review sensitive government records and ensure compliance with disclosure, privacy, and classification requirements.
• Excellent written communication skills and demonstrated ability to produce error-free, professionally formatted documents.
• Proficiency with case-management tools and document-handling systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to public and official requests for the review and release of classified and sensitive information under FOIA, PA, EO 13526, and IC policies.
• Process complex cases, including FOIA litigation and appeals, with knowledge of FOIA/PA exemptions and administrative requirements.
• Conduct Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) and Automatic Declassification Review (ADR) per EO 13526.
• Coordinate taskings, searches, document collection, and consultations across internal IC components and external agencies.
• Validate the adequacy of record searches and ensure facts and actions are documented correctly.
