Job summary

SoftDev Incorporated seeks a Project Manager to lead the USCIS FOIA Processing Support Services. You will serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR and act as Contractor Security Officer, accountable for contract performance, staffing, quality, production, security, reporting, and government property.

Direct all contractor work under the SOW, coordinate with government stakeholders, and develop and maintain the Project Plan, WBS, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program/operations management experience.
• Experience with FOIA/Privacy Act processing and federal contractor security obligations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all contractor work under the SOW and align resources with case quantities, production schedules, and AQL.
• Serve as single POC for the Contracting Officer and COR; be available 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time, Mon–Fri.
• Develop and maintain the Project Plan, WBS, milestone schedule, QC Plan, staffing plan, risk register, and SOPs.
• Lead the 90-day ramp-up, onboarding, PIV readiness, federal training, and transition to full production.
• Coordinate security responsibilities as Contractor Security Officer and manage information-protection requirements.
• Oversee monthly production, quality, staffing, and corrective-action metrics; implement recovery plans.
• Prepare and submit monthly status reports and invoices; participate in progress meetings.
