Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Governmental Affairs, or Public Policy
• Five+ years of specialized FOIA/Privacy Act experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Prepare information request responses and memoranda
• Draft materials for NIH clearance, editors, and dissemination
• Manage FOIA/Privacy Act case communications and timelines
• Attend meetings and coordinate with editors and subject matter experts
• Maintain source material records for compliance with regulations
