Prime Pizza is seeking a friendly and efficient FOH Team Member to join our team. As a FOH Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining knowledge of our menu and products. You will also be responsible for organizing order tickets, packing food items, and assisting with various side duties to ensure the shop's cleanliness and efficiency.

Compensation: $18.47-$21/hr (with the possibility of additional $2-$5 in tips per hour)

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Take customer orders both in person at the counter and over the phone
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Accept cash or credit card payments and provide appropriate change.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu and products to answer customer questions effectively.
• Organize order tickets for dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders.
• Pack food items, reheat pizza slices, and prepare side items such as wings, garlic knots, and meatballs.
• Adhere to company policies, health, safety, and employment standards.
• Perform main side duties including building pizza boxes to meet par requirements, portioning sauces, cheese, and peppers, and general shop maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Assist with additional side duties such as upkeep housekeeping duties like dishes and maintaining cleanliness of bathrooms.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
