Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Team Members to provide exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment, working in both Front of House and Back of House at an independent location.

Positions include full-time and part-time with opportunities to learn from experienced Operators and Leaders, plus development and scholarships. Team Members are expected to be reliable, friendly, and guest-focused while maintaining Chick-fil-A standards.

Responsibilities

• Smile, create and maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make emotional connections with guests.
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant.
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and with a strong work ethic.
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations, including order taking, fries, breading, assembling, and food prep.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Stock inventory as needed.
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. Due to our unique layout, this independently owned and operated Chick-fil-A location requires Team Members to work between both Front of House and Back of House.
