Job summary

Miskiri Hospitality Group is seeking a Busser / Front of House Support to help keep the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming. You will support servers, bartenders, hosts, and other team members by clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, and assisting with guest needs.

The ideal candidate is dependable, team oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures while communicating professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a sense of urgency during service.
• Ability to follow instructions and established restaurant procedures.
• Must meet all applicable age and work authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, entry areas, and other front of house spaces.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, utensils, and other items from tables and transport them to designated areas.
• Reset tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, napkins, menus, condiments, and other required items.
• Assist servers and other front of house team members with maintaining an efficient flow of service.
• Refill water and assist with other basic guest needs as directed.
• Support food running and delivery of items to guests when needed and properly trained.
• Stock and replenish service stations and front of house supplies throughout the shift.
• Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, spills, debris, or other conditions requiring attention and respond promptly.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift change responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, managers, culinary team members, and other employees.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests and team members.
• Assist with additional front of house operational duties as assigned by management.
