Job summary

Pizzeria Gabbo is seeking a dedicated Hourly FOH Supervisor to help run shifts, manage guest experience, and support the front-of-house team in a fast-paced neighborhood restaurant in Chicago.

You will supervise FOH staff, assist in scheduling, ensure service standards, and uphold safety and sanitation guidelines while contributing to a welcoming, caring culture. This role offers growth within a thriving, local brand.

Qualifications

• Supervise FOH teams and ensure smooth daily shifts.
• Provide supervision and guidance to management teams regarding hourly staff.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and feedback.
• Balance cash banks and maintain security of cash.

Responsibilities

• Monitor repair and maintenance needs and communicate them to the management team.
• Proficiently use and operate all necessary tools and equipment.
• Model and promote teamwork across all teams.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including the Employee Handbook.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
