Magnolia Bakery in Louisville is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to help launch the brand and lead guest experiences. You will work with the Manager on Duty to coach a 10+ person team, uphold hospitality standards, and ensure excellent product quality and operations.

You’ll foster a positive, fun, and high-performing culture, aligning with SWEET Values and delivering memorable guest moments in a fast-paced environment at Louisville's first Magnolia Bakery franchise.

Formación

• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience leading teams of 10 or more in a retail, hospitality, or food service environment.
• Experience in fine dining, fast casual, or premium hospitality environments preferred. Banquet, catering, or high-volume guest service experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Toast POS, with strong cash handling and cash reconciliation experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train, coach, develop, and motivate a diverse team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and motivate Front of House team members while creating a positive and engaging work environment.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members on company processes, policies, and service standards.
• Help develop employees through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Foster teamwork by working side-by-side with the team during every shift.
• Assist management with scheduling breaks, meal periods, and daily staffing needs.
