Job summary

Topgolf Entertainment Group in Renton is seeking a Team Lead to provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team, ensuring performance targets are met and service excellence is delivered on a daily basis.

You will monitor performance, coach team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills with availability for varied shifts.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs.

Pay

Renton Pay Ray $26.50 - $29.75 Position Pay Range
