Job summary

MML Hospitality group seeks an energetic Service Manager to launch its Dallas footprint for June’s All Day, a Parisian-inspired bistro and wine bar. You will lead the Front of House team, oversee lunch/brunch/dinner service, and set the standard for guest experiences.

Responsibilities include building a strong FOH staff, managing POS operations, controlling labor and beverage costs, and delivering polished, high-energy service in a flagship Dallas location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FOH management or supervisory experience in a high-volume, polished-casual restaurant or wine bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: Direct daily FOH operations across lunch, brunch, and dinner services with charm, urgency, and precision.
• Build the Team: Recruit, onboard, schedule, and mentor FOH staff (servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders) for our grand opening and beyond.
• Master the Vibe: Curate a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere aligned with our chic French-cafe aesthetic and award-winning wine and beverage program.
• Guest Relations: Act as the face of June’s in Dallas, building relationships with regulars and ensuring every guest leaves delighted.
• Operational Excellence: Manage POS systems, track labor/beverage costs, maintain inventory, and ensure seamless service flow.
