Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service experience.
• 1 year in a management role at a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front-of-House staff, oversee interviews, training, and discipline.
• Develop and maintain staff training on beer, menu, and service.
• Ensure customer-service standards and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and sales promotions.
• Coordinate with GM on scheduling, events, and staff communication.
