Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America in Midland, TX is hiring for a full-time hospitality team member. The role offers medical, dental, life and disability insurance, plus a comprehensive leave program; the hourly wage is $23.00.

Shifts are approximately 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday. You will maintain inventory, restock products, greet customers, and ensure food safety standards while following directions from the Chef and Managers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product inventory to established levels.
• Maintain contracted coffee program.
• Recognize products; restock and rotate accurately.
• Smile, greet, and serve customers, making them feel welcome.
• Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control.
• Display merchandise attractively and keep MK areas neat.
• Label and display signs for all items.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.
• Ensure MKs are restocked throughout the day.
• Drive a company delivery vehicle to transport prepared foods to service locations.

Hourly Wage

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. $23.00 per hour-$23.00 per hour.

Work Hours

The work hours for this position are approx 6:00 am- 2:30 pm, Mon-Fri.

Key Accountabilities

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
• Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
• Employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
• Valid state driver's license
