The Spoke & Bird — South Loop (and Pilsen), Chicago, IL is seeking a hands-on FOH Lead. This full-time role blends warmth with structure, guiding the front-of-house team, elevating guest experiences, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

The Role: FOH Lead

This is a hands-on, high-energy leadership position for someone who balances warmth with structure and hospitality with accountability.
