Job summary

The Kitchen in The Woodlands in Texas is seeking a Front of House Guest Service Partner to support bussing and guest relations. The role may involve cashier, barista, greeter, expo, or busser duties, with morning or evening shifts.

You will maintain clean, organized work areas, take guest orders, enter them into the POS, and ensure product quality. The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, timely service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-14 hours during shifts.
• Strong guest-relations skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with basic computer/POS literacy.
• Availability for morning and/or evening shifts as needed.
• Alcohol Server Certified as required by state regulations.
• Ability to follow recipes and quality-control steps at service time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Accurately take guest orders and enter into the POS system.
• Be guest focused at all times and respond to guest needs.
• Check product quality against standards and follow kitchen directions.
• Perform side work and pre-bus tables when time allows.
• Maintain guest relations and complete daily checklists.
• Assist with shrink control and follow all company systems for quality control.
