Job summary

The Kitchen in The Woodlands FOH Guest Service Partner is a role supporting front-of-house operations, guest relations, and adherence to the company service standards. This partner may cashier, barista, greet guests, expo, and/or bus as needed, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates will have strong people skills, organizational abilities, and the stamina to stand for long shifts, while delivering high-quality guest experiences under typical restaurant pressures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Accurately take a guests order and enter it into the POS system
• Be guest focused at all times
• Check all product for our quality standards
• Complete side work as required
• Pre bus tables when time allows
• Maintain guest relations
• Complete daily checklists
• Ensure all food pushed from the kitchen meets expectations
• Shrink / security control
• Follow all recipes as set forth by the company
• Follow systems for quality control
