You will model Chick-fil-A standards, drive throughput, and mentor Team Members to uphold safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Leadership experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong ability to lead both FOH and BOH teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume airport environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold Team Members accountable.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and run shifts across both FOH and BOH operations.
• Lead, coach, and support Team Members in real time during service.
• Ensure execution of all kitchen and front-of-house station responsibilities.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards throughout the shift.
• Support training and development of new and existing Team Members.
• Manage workflow across all stations to ensure smooth operations during peak travel periods.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stocking, and product rotation.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and airport regulations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
• Communicate effectively with General Manager and leadership team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
