Currently hiring for all FOH / BOH team-mates. Competitive pay with the possibility to earn bonuses. Employees receive free meals during shifts and meal discounts on days off. City Barbeque’s Back-of-house positions include:

1. Prep Cook
2. Boards (our barbeque term for the meat carver)
3. Pits (working the smokers)
4. Dish Washer

City Barbeque’s FOH positions include:

1. Cashier and Counter Server
2. Expeditor
3. Call in order coordinator
4. Guest Services Ambassador

TO PROMOTE GOOD TEAMWORK, DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:

1. Arrive on time for each shift and practice proper time reporting (punch in and out accurately).
2. Complete hot and cold food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly and according to sanitation guidelines.
3. Work in collaboration to prepare to take out and catering orders in a timely fashion.
4. Monitor food levels on the line and communicate with prep cook appropriately.
5. Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly.
6. Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.
