Job summary

Winter Park Resort in Winter Park, CO is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, service, and guest experiences. You will supervise front- and back-of-house teams, manage budgets and purchasing, and collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to uphold standards.

A minimum 3–5 years in high-volume F&B, Colorado certifications, and a valid driver's license are required; a passion for mountain life is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in food & beverage operations supervision.
• Catering experience required or preferred.
• Colorado Alcohol Server/Management training or willing to attend within 30 days.
• Food Manager and Allergy training certification or training within 14 days.
• Valid driver's license and insurability standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurant outlets and service.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage front-of-house and food staff.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and payroll; monitor inventory.
• Coordinate with marketing and finance for promotions and menus.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation in compliance with codes.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and address service or quality issues.
