Job summary

MISTER O1 is seeking a Front of House team member to support daily restaurant operations in Charlotte, NC. You will help ensure guests receive an extraordinary experience by welcoming guests, greeting them warmly, and assisting with service tasks.

You will follow Mister O1 SOPs for running food and beverages to tables, answer questions about the restaurant, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene with urgency to uphold our Michelin Recommended standard.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire FOH team in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure guests receive a great experience by welcoming guests and greeting them per Mister O1 SOPs.
• Run food and beverages to tables and answer questions about Mister O1.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene procedures with a sense of urgency.
