Joe's Pizza and Pasta Jerseyville in Jerseyville, IL is looking for a Busser / Host / FOH Assistant to support a busy front-of-house team. This full-time role helps ensure smooth service by greeting guests and keeping the dining room organized.

No experience required—we’ll train the right candidate. You’ll buss tables, assist servers, answer phones, take takeout or delivery orders, help with seating, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment that makes guests want to return.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Assist servers with food delivery, drink refills, and other guest needs.
• Warmly greet guests and respond to basic menu or restaurant inquiries.
• Professionally answer phones and take accurate takeout or delivery orders.
• Assist with seating guests and managing the waitlist during busy periods.
• Keep service stations and entry areas clean and organized.
• Support the front-of-house team to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
