Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests to maintain dining room flow.
• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and other items to tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces.
• Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware and transport to the kitchen.
• Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and tableware throughout the shift.
• Support the overall guest experience by keeping the dining room presentable and welcoming.
