The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years’ supervisory manufacturing experience (or an Associate degree with 8+ years). MS Office proficiency and strong leadership are essential.

The Focus Factory Manager manages the operations of a manufacturing line or department and is responsible for ensuring that the assigned production area is operated in the most profitable and efficient basis and with the correct level of quality. Duties will include directly supervising Production Supervisors, maintaining the safety of the area, scheduling assignments, line balancing, evaluation and control of build, monitoring of fulfillment of customer production and quality requirements, control of scrap and rework, efficiency, application of overtime as well as documentation of these activities and acting as the primary contact for in-house departments for production related issues in assigned area.
$100,100.00 - 167,100.00 USD Annuall (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
