Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; high school diploma with leadership experience accepted.
• Validated leadership experience in a manufacturing/factory operations role with Lean and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Proven ability to travel 10% and to empower and lead teams to achieve results.
• Experience with automation and digital manufacturing technologies is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fabrication, machining and base assembly operations for the Russelectric ATS business.
• Develop budgets, scorecards and KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Champion Lean initiatives to reduce waste and embed a digital factory culture.
• Ensure safety (EHS) and high-quality, on-time delivery across shifts.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to Supervisors and teams.
