Urbane Cafe is seeking a passionate Bread Baker to craft our focaccia from scratch, kneading, shaping and baking in open-hearth ovens right in front of guests. You’ll bring pride to every shift with consistent quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Baking passion and craftsmanship.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Bake fresh bread in open-hearth ovens with consistency and pride.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen workspace.
• Follow recipes and portioning standards while bringing your own passion to the craft.
