Urbane Cafe Operations LLC is seeking a passionate Bread Baker to craft fresh focaccia daily in our California kitchens. Our focaccia is made from scratch each morning and baked in open-hearth ovens right in front of guests.

You will join a team that values quality, consistency and a friendly, fast-paced service style. Training is offered for the right candidate ready to learn the craft and grow with us.

Qualifications

Must have a genuine love for baking and food craftsmanship.
Attention to detail and a high standard for quality.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 lbs.
Reliability and a positive attitude.
Prior baking or kitchen experience a plus — training provided.

Responsibilities

Mix, knead and proof focaccia dough to perfection — every shift.
Bake fresh bread in open-hearth ovens with consistency and pride.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen workspace.
Follow recipes and portioning standards while bringing your passion.
Help keep things moving — support the team when needed.
