Qualifications
- A genuine love for baking and food craftsmanship.
- Attention to detail and a high standard for quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Prior baking or kitchen experience a plus — but we'll train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Mix, knead and proof focaccia dough to perfection — every shift, every time
- Bake fresh bread in our open-hearth ovens with consistency and pride
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen workspace
- Follow recipes and portioning standards while bringing your own passion to the craft
