AJ Manufacturing - Master is seeking a production operator to schedule and execute foam door fabrication on Fridays through Sundays, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with overtime on Mondays. Compensation starts at $21 base plus a $3.25 shift differential, totaling $24.25 per hour, with a fast-paced, safety-focused environment in Wisconsin.

The role requires reading work orders, following procedures, and operating foam equipment and platens.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work orders, procedures and instructions.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Experience with foam spray operations or similar production processes.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret work orders, procedures and instructions to determine priority.
• Set up and shut down equipment per process and safety rules.
• Visually inspect doors for damage and apply release agent to windows.
• Enter correct information into computer to access correct shot times.
• Load doors on platens, operate lift, stack and clean platens.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to safety standards.
