Qualifications

• Able to perform basic math to calibrate foaming machines.
• Able to calculate proper foam quantity for each part.
• Understand basic foam machine operation principles.
• Able to troubleshoot foam machine issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Able to use basic math to calibrate both foaming machines
• Use basic math to calculate the proper amount of foam for each part
• Understand the principles behind how the foam machine operates.
• Able to effectively troubleshoot foam machine issues
• Ability to change foam totes and nitrogen tanks as required
• Able to operate foam machines safely
• Repair parts per quality specifications
• Able to correct techniques to repair parts
