Job summary

WinCup is seeking a Packer in Tolleson, AZ to support the FOAM packaging line. You will inspect products, box them correctly, and communicate quality or production issues to the team.

The role requires adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and attention to detail on a fast-moving line. This on-site position offers day and night shifts with overtime opportunities, cross-training, and a comprehensive benefits package after 31 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect foam cups, paper cups and lids and ensure proper packaging.
• Notify supervisors of quality or production issues.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow GMP guidelines.
