Job summary

Seats Incorporated is hiring a full-time Foam Cell Operator for the second shift at the Spring Hill, KS plant. The role offers weekly pay, hands-on manufacturing tasks, and opportunities to grow within a climate-controlled environment.

You will remove molded foam, trim excess, prepare molds, read work instructions, rotate between stations, and maintain a safe, productive workspace while meeting production and quality goals. Requirements include HS diploma, 18+ years, and ability to lift 15 lbs.

Shift Options

Second Shift

• Monday–Thursday
• 3:45 PM – 2:15 AM
• Starting pay: $22.25/hour
• Overtime may be available on Fridays

What You’ll Do

As a Foam Cell Operator, you’ll perform a variety of hands‑on tasks to produce foam components used in the manufacture of custom seating products. Responsibilities include:

• Remove molded foam products from foam molds.
• Trim excess material and flash from molded foam parts.
• Prepare and clean foam molds, tools, and equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs.
• Remain flexible in work assignments to support production goals.
• Use computer systems as needed to perform job duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC).
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to perform hands‑on work involving foam components, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable attendance and a proven attendance record.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to rotate between workstations and adapt to changing production needs.
