Job summary

Seats Incorporated in Spring Hill, KS is hiring Seasonal Production Assemblers for the upcoming busy season. No manufacturing experience is required as we provide paid on‑the‑job training and a team that values quality and safety while assembling seating products.

This is a 1st shift, on‑site role with weekly pay at $20.75/hour. You’ll work 10–12 hours a day, stand for long periods, and lift up to 75 lbs, with overtime possible on Fridays and Saturdays; assignment runs through March 2027,

What You'll Do

As a Seasonal Production Assembler, you'll perform a variety of assembly operations to construct custom seating products and components.

Your day may include:

• Assemble products by placing parts in the specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples, glues, and cements
• Use air-powered and battery-powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions
• Package completed seats and finished components
• Rotate between workstations as production needs require
• Work on different seating models and adapt to different assembly operations
• Read and follow written work instructions
• Use computer systems to look up work instructions, cross-reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production information
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on production position.

You must be able to:

• Stand and work for10–12 hours per day, depending on the shift
• Constantly lift and/or move items weighing up to 75lbs
• Wear required personal protective equipment
