Job summary

Seats Incorporated in Richland Center, WI is seeking a Foam Operator to perform de-molding, trimming, and prep of foam parts for our seating products. You will rotate across workstations to meet production needs and follow detailed work instructions.

The role requires standing up to 10 hours daily, lifting up to 15 lbs repeatedly, and willingness to overtime as needed on Fridays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Description

Foam Operator employees perform a variety of de-molding, and trimming operations in order to produce the wide assortment of foam products used in the manufacture of custom seating products.

2nd shift: 2:30 pm-1:00 am Monday through Thursday with overtime as needed on Fridays

Essential Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• De-mold foam from foam molds.
• Trim flash from molded foam parts.
• Prep and clean foam molds and tools.
• Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
• Must be flexible in work assignments.
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Constantly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day.

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage for this position starting at $21.15 per hour with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $24.75 per hour**
