Job summary

Seats Incorporated in Richland Center, WI is seeking a Foam Operator to perform de-molding, trimming, and prep tasks for foam parts used in custom seating products. The 1st shift runs 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, with overtime on Fridays.

Employees rotate stations and must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and stand up to 10 hours daily. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, an on-site clinic, 401(k) with company match, earned PTO after 30 days, paid vacation

Qualifications

• Read and follow work instructions.
• Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
• Must be flexible in work assignments.

Responsibilities

• De-mold foam from foam molds.
• Trim flash from molded foam parts.
• Prep and clean foam molds and tools.
• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
• Constantly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
