Job summary

Seats Incorporated in Richland Center, WI is seeking a Foam Operator to perform de-molding, trimming, and mold prep for a wide range of foam seating products. You will rotate across workstations to meet production needs on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm–1:00 am, Monday–Thursday) with overtime on Fridays.

The role offers competitive pay starting at 21.15 per hour, with eligible increases to 24.75 per hour based on performance.

Description

Foam Operator employees perform a variety of de-molding, and trimming operations in order to produce the wide assortment of foam products used in the manufacture of custom seating products.

2nd shift: 2:30 pm-1:00 am Monday through Thursday with overtime as needed on Fridays

Essential Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• De-mold foam from foam molds.
• Trim flash from molded foam parts.
• Prep and clean foam molds and tools.
• Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
• Must be flexible in work assignments.
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Constantly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day.

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage for this position starting at $21.15 per hour with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $24.75 per hour**
