Job summary

Seats Incorporated in Richland Center, WI is seeking a Foam Operator for the 1st shift (4:00 AM-2:30 PM, Mon-Thu with overtime on Fridays). You will demold, trim, and prep foam parts used in custom seating products.

Candidates must be able to stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 15 lbs, and rotate across stations as production needs require. Starting pay is $19.65/hour with progressive increases to $23.25/hour based on performance.

• Trim flash from molded foam parts.
• Prep and clean foam molds and tools.
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
• Must be flexible in work assignments.

• Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day.

Description

Foam Operator employees perform a variety of de-molding, and trimming operations in order to produce the wide assortment of foam products used in the manufacture of custom seating products.

1st Shift: 4:00 AM-2:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed on Fridays

**Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage for this position starting at $19.65 per hour with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $23.25 per hour**
