Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions LLC, a Leggett & Platt Company, is a leading provider of foam products for bedding and furniture. The Baler Operator will run the baling machine on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00PM–2:30AM), tying and packaging bales for shipment while maintaining safety and clean production areas.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, good mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate baling machine to bale scrap foam.
• Tie off completed bales and package for shipment.
• Move bales to scales for weighting and tagging.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
• Wear PPE and perform general area maintenance as assigned.
