Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care in the metro Atlanta area. This role provides comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months and older with a weekend and one weekday per week schedule, plus full business hours Mon–Fri.

Compensation is $75.00-$78.00 per hour for full-time work, with benefits including a 401(k) match and access to full-time employee perks. Proficiency in EPIC and collaborative practice with physicians is required.

Qualifications

• FNP license required.
• Minimum 1 year of primary care, urgent care, ER, or internal/family medicine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months of age and older in a primary care setting.
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests in accordance with state licensure and clinical guidelines.
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, health screenings, and routine physical examinations.
• Conduct women’s health evaluations including pregnancy testing and STI screening; refer to OB/GYN for specialized care as needed.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive health strategies.
• Document all patient encounters in EPIC - electronic medical records ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.
